About the Center
Points of Wellness is a Japanese Acupuncture Center treating mind, body and spirit. Our Nationally Board Certified Diplomate in Acupuncture and FL licensed Acupuncture Physician specializes in non needle treatments for the entire family. Sharin Lee was trained in Japanese style acupuncture at the New England School of Acupuncture in Massachusetts. She is certified by the Auriculotherapy Certification Institute in Los Angeles, CA. Sharin practices multiple modalities in her practice that include, but are not limited to: Japanese style acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, shonishin (Japanese non needle pediatric acupuncture), and auriculotherapy (microsystem acupuncture using acupuncture points on the ears). Sharin Lee earned a Master’s of Science in Oriental Medicine from East West College of Natural Medicine in Sarasota Florida. Sharin Lee also has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Health Sciences.
Sharin Lee specializes in Japanese acupuncture but often incorporates several different techniques and modalities during each session to best treat each patient. Sharin believes that the body and mind must be in balance in order to have health and well being. “Each person has the ability to heal their mind and body; I am simply a facilitator in their journey to wellness”.
